My Kindergarten children loved it and it was great writing practice. It gave them an opportunity to feel like they were listened to, but it also gave them an opportunity to praise something good!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5152657704475233849.post-25168060574619865982011-07-11T18:07:29.556-04:002011-07-11T18:07:29.556-04:00This is so clever and simple. This would tie in very nicely.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1931636869/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=1931636923&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=00ZVA0E54WRWB7PYVG85Kitty Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16187467500507448328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5152657704475233849.post-32648677054587569562011-06-17T12:28:24.451-04:002011-06-17T12:28:24.451-04:00Very cute idea. I like the idea of having a place for them to write it down and then I can deal with problems later. I like the now and later idea too that Allyson mentioned. I think it is a great idea, and she really is super cute! Usually my 3rd graders aren't that bad with tattling, but I did have to use a tattle notebook a few years ago-until people started tattling about others tattling.Ashleighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08564789501297137958noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5152657704475233849.post-70582002575947547902011-06-08T09:16:04.820-04:002011-06-08T09:16:04.820-04:00I have used a "problem manager" as one o...I have used a "problem manager" as one of my jobs. They have to talk to the problem manager about whatever someone is bothering them with and he/she decides it is something I need to know. (blood and guts get immediate attention) I have found MOST of the time, they don't want to tell the problem manager and they go on about their business and I am not bothered either!!Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06973650486814420364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5152657704475233849.post-30764231855423894342011-06-07T22:13:20.628-04:002011-06-07T22:13:20.628-04:00I'm a second grade teacher and I do Tattling T...I'm a second grade teacher and I do Tattling Turtle. This past year I had so many that wanted to tattle all the time, that I would just hold my hand up and say, "Is this a tattle?", and most kids would smile and walk away!!Mrs. Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03999793375729231689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5152657704475233849.post-42722603371475832682011-06-07T19:05:52.155-04:002011-06-07T19:05:52.155-04:00During my student teaching, another teacher on our...During my student teaching, another teacher on our team used a "Later Gator" Box for tattle telling. They talked about "now and later" problems and later problems would go in the box. I plan to use this in my classroom this year - just got to make the box.Allysonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12427711507175615311noreply@blogger.com
